Conceptual Field House
As part of an investor proposal, this project presents a series of conceptual renderings for a new indoor athletic facility located adjacent to the school’s existing football stadium.
Designed in the school’s established Tudor architectural language, the facility is envisioned as a multi-use training and community asset. A covered, wrap-around viewing deck provides elevated sightlines overlooking both the soccer and football fields, reinforcing a strong visual and physical connection between the building and the campus.
The ground floor program includes a 40-yard indoor turf field, weight room, boys’ and girls’ locker rooms, a dedicated football locker room, and a medical office. The second level houses an event space, restrooms, coaches’ offices, and conference rooms, allowing the facility to function beyond daily training as a venue for gatherings, meetings, and school events.
These renderings were developed to communicate scale, materiality, and atmosphere, supporting early-stage decision-making and investment discussions.
