Conceptual Residential Design
This project explores a conceptual interior design for a three-bedroom apartment in New York City, developed using a publicly available property listing as the base spatial reference.
The design was self-directed, with the goal of proposing a cohesive residential narrative grounded in real, obtainable materials and objects. All furnishings, lighting, art, and finishes were selected from existing retailers, galleries, and auction houses, allowing the concept to remain tethered to realistic sourcing rather than speculative design.
Rather than presenting an abstract vision, the work focuses on scale, material compatibility, and livability — testing how contemporary interiors can feel both curated and practical within the constraints of an actual NYC apartment.
The resulting imagery functions as a design study, demonstrating how conceptual work can remain credible, buildable, and materially specific.
